Listed below are various positions within the venue that fall under the guidelines of Guest Services. When applying for work with Guest Services, you may be required to work any of the below listed positions on any given show.

Ticket Takers - Ticket takers greet all guests with a warm and courteous welcome while controlling access to the facility through designated entries. These employees verify tickets, removing the appropriate ticket stub or scanning with bar code readers as well as enforcing all policies of the venue. Ticket takers will also assist guests by giving the appropriate direction to the guests seating location. Only those individuals with the appropriate ticket or credential will be allowed entry.

Ushers - Provide the primary level of guest assistance and service through friendly and courteous interaction with guests. They are also assigned the task of maintaining order during events. It is important to strictly adhere to policies and deal firmly while remaining calm when problems arise. Ushers are assigned to a specific position or a designated location to assist guests in finding their seats; restrict access to the reserved seating area to authorized ticket holders; and to enforce crowd control functions such as preventing guests from standing in aisles or on chairs or the enforcement of the venue No Smoking policy.
