Initial contact with guests occurs at the parking lot entry points. All Non-permitted items are to be discouraged by the attendants when noticed upon entry into the lots or as guests walk to the ticket gates. In the event of a sold out performance, parking lot employees will be notified to inform all arriving guests of the situation and verify, when possible, that they have pre-purchased tickets for the performance.

Parking Lot Attendants Must:

• Provide guest assistance and service through friendly and courteous interaction with patrons.
• Be knowledgeable of special duties and the parking related details for each show.
• Gain knowledge of the venue entry/exit points.
• Become familiar with names and locations of roadways surrounding the venue.
• Be able to be active in typical summer weather conditions (hot weather).
